Hyundai has unveiled the all-new 2024 Santa Fe, and it’s a major departure from the previous model. The new Santa Fe is more boxy and rugged, with a bold new design that Hyundai says is “optimized for effortless outdoor lifestyles.”
The Santa Fe’s exterior is dominated by its large grille, which is flanked by swept-back headlights. The rear end is also more square than before, with distinctive taillights that echo the shape of the headlights.
The Santa Fe’s interior is just as impressive as its exterior. The cabin is spacious and comfortable, with a premium feel. The dashboard is dominated by a pair of 12.3-inch screens, one for the instrument cluster and one for the infotainment system.

The Santa Fe is available with a choice of two engines: a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine or a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine. The base engine produces 191 horsepower and 181 pound-feet of torque, while the turbocharged engine produces 281 horsepower and 311 pound-feet of torque. Both engines are mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
The Santa Fe comes standard with front-wheel drive, but all-wheel drive is available. The Santa Fe also offers a variety of safety features, including forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, and blind spot monitoring.
The 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe is scheduled to go on sale in the United States later this year. Pricing has not yet been announced.
